The ReCrew team is made up of highly qualified people, who can make sure that your business is in good hands. Two of the partners are Romanian and have experience in recruiting on the Romanian market. We have competence in contract development, safety and quality procedures, logistics and our staff has experience in shipping and oil industry. ReCrew was established in Bergen in 2007.
Marie Sølverud :: Executive Director
Lawyer, having been practicing law for 4 years, Marie has specialized in labour law and international
immigration law. She has studied and worked in USA. She is fluent in English and French and has been involved in
several international organisations, like Rotary, ELSA, NORMUN.

Jarle Kjepso :: Operative Leader
Educated at the Bergen Maritime Høgskole, Jarle has experience from the merchant marine for several years as chief
engineer, experience within the aquaculture business as Service Manager, and also experience from the industry
making the gas turbines and assembling of water turbines. He has been working also for many years with people from
different cultures as part of his large work experience all over the world.

Svein Inge Steffensen :: Sales Coordinator
Svein is an engineer with a master’s degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim,
NTNU. He has all-round experience from a number of projects of various extents at large yard and offshore
engineering companies, both national and international.
